Take some Mushrooms, and slice them in half. Take a pan, add some oil and saute these Mushrooms. Add some chopped tomatoes and cook further. 


Add some Oats and Parsley to the Eggs. Beat the mix together. 


To Cook pour about a fourth of the egg mix onto the pan. And cook like a regular omelette. When about to be done, spread some English mustard solution (made by mixing into water) onto the cooked egg. 


To make it even more mouth-watering, spread some butter before adding the mushroom mix, and finally, garnish with some fresh herbs like Chives or Parsley. 

Scrambled Tofu with Toast 

This dish is simple and can be experimented with an array of greens. Add preferred veggies and herbs to a scrambled Tofu and cook it over light oil. Some veggies can be Zucchini, mushrooms, onions, cabbage or others. Add spices such as ground Cumin, Chilli powder, pepper powder.


Add hot Sauce to taste, garnish with some fresh Cilantro and serve with buttered toast. 

Low-Fat Banana Bread 

Take about 150g Wholemeal flour, add about 100g self-raising flour and mix. Add Sodium Bicarbonate and a pinch of salt to the mix as well. 


Mix about 2 ripe bananas with the eggs, add some Yoghurt in it as well. Also, add Agave syrup into it as well. Add Walnuts, Cashews, or/and Hazelnuts. Stir well again. 


Pre-heat the over to about 160C. Grease the Loaf Tin with some butter Add the mix into the Tin and bake till the Bread is golden brown. It should take up to 1 hour and fifteen minutes or so.
