I have been shopping online from Shop Express since April 2023. I do not like in-store shopping anymore because its time consuming. Sometimes you have to go to several shops to get all the items you want. Thanks to ShopExpress, it offers me a huge shopping convenience. I do not need to make extra stops to join shopping queues on my way home. I just order online and get the delivery on time whilst I rest with family. Another beauty of the convenience, did I mention that one can pay cash on delivery! Also even if the items are not in stock they source them for you and deliver to your doorstep. Their meat is so tender & fresh. I don’t need to boil it for long hours. The staff members are honest, friendly and respectful. The best find for me this year was definitely ShopExpress.

I found ShopExpress very convenient to use. I ordered my groceries before I arrived in Harare and then continued to use it throughout my 6 weeks stay. I found my groceries at home delivered on time and well packaged. It is a very convenient online grocery store and website is not difficult to navigate. What I loved most about ShopExpress was the variety of payment options from paying in cash to online payment. There are no worries about change as one can always pay online. As for the service itself, to be honest, I cannot really praise it enough. The convenience, the packaging, the good quality of the products and just the customer service as well were excellent. I thoroughly enjoyed everything I ordered. The vegetables are fresh, the meat is good quality and most of the things indeed.
