Beef Mince with mashed Potato

Add onions and tomatoes in equal intervals and cook. In another pan stir fry the veggies in oil by adding carrots, mushrooms, and capsicum in that order and cook it.

Beef Fillet with mushroom sauce 


To get this recipe right look out for the most tender beef fillet sourced from the best market. Preheat the oven to 350oF. Take out the ingredients ― beef fillet (500g) along with rosemary (2.5ml), garlic (5ml), and pepper (2.5ml). 


Prepare a seasoning of rosemary, garlic, and pepper. Put the fillet and coat it with the seasoning. Fry this fillet on both sides. 


Put it in the casserole and cover the same with foil paper. Put this casserole in the oven and bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes. (Note: the last 20 minutes will be without the foil paper) 


To make the mushroom sauce ― Stir fry mushrooms in a mix of garlic and basil. Add cream and stir until mushrooms are golden.


Mix flour and milk and turn into a paste. Pour this paste into the cooked mushrooms. Add more milk and the paste dries up, to loosen the consistency. Add salt and pepper to taste. 


Serve the beef fillet with this mushroom sauce to make a delicious and memorable meal.
