We ship perishable product, and are therefore unable to allow returns. Contrary to products with a longer shelf life, products that are perishable cannot be reused or resold. Please review your order and receipt carefully, and email email@example.com immediately if any changes need to be made.
If for any cause you are not completely happy with your order please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within twenty (24) hours of receipt. We will gladly review your order and any identified problems and provide a suitable solution which may include replacing the product in question. Since we cannot access the product physically, we can ask you to provide photos of the product label and damage reported.
